I'm getting worried with Hiarcs9's performance.  Its not doing so well anymore
in tournaments and in order for Hiarcs10 to be able to compete near the top or
at the top with Shredder 8, junior 9, df8...etc its going to have to gain almost
90 elo!

not sure if that can be done.
