It gets a little tricky, because if you give up a chance to draw (when behind or
position unclear), you want to make sure that you know the opponent is going to
lose on time.  If the opponent is human, it's a bit easier, and a program
usually knows if it's playing a human or computer.  I think I have some code
that says something like, given zero inc, plus opponent time < 10 sec, my time >
opponent, then don't claim draw or resign.  However, it will still do reps, 50
move and stalemate, so it's a pretty weak attempt to address the problem.
