On my athlon cpu's Junior 8 is clearly faster that Deep Junior 8. So I presume that you have a Intel CPU with Hyperthreatening. An 30% speed increase should be around 19 ELO points stronger considering the 2x speed is 50 ELO points. If you consider that 2x speed is 40 ELO points in this case 30% more speed is around 15 ELO points regards
