Steve and Nick Hi

Steve I think Nick is right on this. The higher prices have been going on for a
year or so and the increases keep coming. As one of those contributing to this
"sheer madness" you are just going to have to accept that you are a wealthier
man than you thought you were. :)) Well at least on paper....for as long as the
bull market lasts. Even Austrian cats and dogs are benefitting - congratulations
for raising the lions share of that donation, and setting a superb example to
everyone.

Nick you can buy some of yours back if you like? And I am still wondering what
to do with three Fidelity Bridge Challengers?

As for the new development. I am on board ;)
