Nxg5 is not only the best move, it seems to win outright. After Nxg5 hxg5 Bxg5, black has two likely moves, Na5 and d5. If Na5, the very cool f4!! wins. If d5, it's a bit harder, with exd5 Na5 Be2 b6 f4! Bb7 c4!! again winning. (At least, I think so.) Here are three test positions from the above analysis.
