Hi Sahovski Informant (http://www.sahovski.co.yu/) have published a new database called Chess Informant Reader. Its main purpose is to provide a tool for their electronic publications like the Chess Informant and the Encyclopedia of Chess Openings (ECO). Is there a conversion utility from the CIR format to pgn? Thanks Ari
