It appears to those of us watching this thread that the mentality of the Arena
site is "don't ask any valid questions why our site is screwed up or we will ban
you."  I have accessed the Arena site, and in agreement with many others, I'm
not going to give them the information they request to join.  For what?  I don't
get asked that for paid software.

As long as you are banned and your email goes unanswered, keep posting here
until they get their act together or offer you and many others an apology.
