The beta version isn't ready. The help files, new copyright files are not ready
for Arena 1.1. Futhermore, Peter Skinner have no permission to do it.

Simple:
We are the owner of the software and say no!
The owner of the software don't have to give a permission for an other publicity
of the software, is this right in your opinion!

I cann't believe it 58 downloads from a illegal version from our software in
such a short time. We know that our software is popular, have 100.000 downloads
in the latest year.

After all the sitation is really bad.
So many persons which don't accept the copyrights from our software and made a
download from a site which don't have a permission ... in such a short time!

I am to over 50% sure that our team (admins and the programmer) will have the
same opinion that we have to go the commercial way because our team don't
support such things!

Perhaps other person, not we!

For the long time testers of Arena we found an other sulution, I am sure!
But it is so fast do dicusss about it, I am not at home and will discuss with
the team in the evening. It's only my opinion about the situation.

I believe, the computer chess area will loosed a great open project of
development :-((

Best
Frank
