I don't think that Frank is so upset about v1.0 at another site.
I think that Frank is upset on Peter Skinner.
I don't think that Peter is offering Arena 1.0 just to be helpful.
I think that Peter just want to provoke the Arena moderators including Frank.

You hit me, I hit you, you want revenge, I strike back.
Kind of middle east situation.

OTOH I think that the Arena team is in their full right to protect the software,
free or not. IMO this could be done in a smarter way.
Unless they want the publicity of course...
