Yes, it includes just about *everything* !

C++ for 32-bit x86 (MFC, ATL, ActiveX, ISAPI, ...), Windows CE devices, Itanium,
and AMD64. VB.NET, C#, J#, Visual Web Developer, SourceSafe, Crystal Reports,
.NET Framework, and an SQL Server Express. Just add a kitchen sink, and you're
complete!

For some reason they charge you €5/$6 for the eight (8) CDs...
