As I repeatedly said I am *not* offended. I already mentioned several
times that I have no bad feelings against any of you.

I simply do not want to actively contribute in a forum which gets moderated
in the current style -- no more, no less. You should simply accept this
without looking for evil interpretations.

This decision expresses my disagreement with the current moderational style
and seems to be the best democratic power I have to possibly influence the
remaining CCC membership to vote for less strict moderators the next time.

Of course, I cannot prevent anybody from assuming that my decision is mostly
based on hurt pride. This is the obvious price I have to pay here.

As I already said, I greatly appreciate your character and courage as
demonstrated by the apology.

>Are YOU able to?

Certainly, if there is something that needs an apology from me. At the
moment I do not see such misbehaviour on my side. Please tell me what
you think I ought to apologize for.

If it concerns my public quote of the moderational email message,
then I will flatly deny because I still deem it completely justified.
Bruce's example involving the congressman very well illustrated why.

IMO, you should also just agree to disagree here.
