actually you touch uopn hit a very sensitive issue

i consider myself to be an extreme right wingist(in chess computers only)
however i know of no one that has a fully operating Savant
therefore all collectors regardless of philosophy will include the Savant in the
collection proper

i myself have 5 Savants as follows:

3 Savant's-one actually still has the pieces showing, although very faintly
touch screen still works
can play on level 0 only

Savant II- totally dead in the water

Savant Royale-standard defect with the screen however processor fully working
when attached to the Novag Printer a full game can be played

many Savants can still play a game of chess when attached to the printer, its
just the lcd pieces that are gone
if your Savant makes the beeping noise when the screen is touched, chances are
the processor is fine.

no no these things must be spoken about openly
they have remained in the closet far too long

i will even mention the Collecting RASCIST
this poor fellow will only collect WOOD
he shunes plastic

Best
Steve
