Hello Everyone,

Based on comments here and via email, I have decided that the original time
control of 50 + 3 will remain in place.

There were more people in favor of that that time control that opposed to it.

I have also posted the start times based on ICC's date time being EST.

I did not allow for a 1 hr meal break, as there was overwhelming support of not
having one.

These rules are final, and will be used on "game day"
