Hi Steve,

Sorry for jumping in, but I am just curious if you still work
on Monarch 1.0 especially its time management problem?
BTW I noticed that Monarch doesn't lose on time under Arena, only
due to a kind of 'time cheating' from the GUI.
(I have some logs for proving this)
In WB with the great Polyglot adapter it will always lose on time,
like reported already long ago...
It would be nice to have a new version of Monarch for RWBC, which
doesn't have this problem
