I think that it is unfair to call it Junior bug because Junior bug should be
only bug in the engine.

Bug that Amir Ban is not responsible for it is not Junior's bug and it could be
in every program that use that interface.
Calling it Junior's bug is simply not fair to Amir Ban because everybody who
knows that Amir is the programmer of Junior may blame Amir about it.
