Palm is not noticeably faster than PocketPC from the engines point of view, and there are more powerful PocketPC's than there are Palms. The difference is in the feel of using the GUI's. It is true that Windows is more inefficient there than Palm, though the latest PocketPC's are so fast the difference is void. I would guess the difference between Pocket Fritz and Hiarcs is simply a matter of optimizing the engine more for the specific device. -- GCP
