I only want to see this info while going through the game afterwards and then I only want limited info score move and in sync ex. += Nf3 *. Maybe its enough to have *** when not in sync and score+move when in sync. More important for those who implement the DGT board for analysis purpose is that it find the current position (with right color) what ever method you used to set up the board. Ex. when you analyze a variation you shouldn't need to takeback moves one by one but just set the position back to start of variation in any order and the program have to understand that you went back. Chess Assistant are good at this, other programs have more problem here. >but i am realistic here >right now the XL clock will only show the move being played and of course clock >times(this is with the Chessbase family of PC chess software for which it was >designed) > >am anxious to see if the Arena GUI can manage to manipulate the XL clock to show >the evaluation as well as move and clock times as Frank seems to have >accomplished You are allowed to send any string to the (XL)clock so I'm sure they manage this.
