"Ok thanks How do you do it and how does one get it into a useable form in chessbase Tom" Hello Tom, I could tell you but then I'd have to kill you. :-) Seriously, I do whatever it takes to get it into a database in the Chessbase GUIs like Fritz/Shredder/Hiarcs.(I assume you already had the games in a database because that's what they look like) I then create a new PGN database. I then take each game and load it from the old database so I can view it in the GUI. Then I right click on the move list and a menu comes up that allows me to "delete all commentary". After doing that I then save the game into the new PGN database. Maybe not the best way but it's the only way I know how. If this is not clear I probably can't help and you need somebody else to help you. Jim
