Subject: SMP Bug?

I heard that Deep Junior 9 can't run on 1 cpu using 1 thread. Can anyone confirm
this? I remember Deep Junior 8 had this problem and the single Junior 8 engine
had its affinity fixed to "cpu0" can someone please confirm this isn't the case
with Junior 9.
