Subject: Still a Problem with downloaded gui (08/12/2004) from chessbase

I downloaded the new gui (16/12/2004) from chessbase (
www.playchess.com/updates/support/gui8.iup )
and installed it. Although I don't yet have Junior9, I do have Fritz8 and
Shredder8. I also use the gui for over 50 UCI engines. This update is supposed
to fix the Junior9 gui problem.

Fortunately I saved the previous downloaded gui (19/10/2004).

The new download has an updated uci.dll file (08/12/2004). The previous uci.dll
file was 12/04/2004. I am able to use the new uci.dll file, so far without any
trouble.

When I used the new gui everything worked fine until I went to copy (to the
clipboard) the crosstable of an engine-engine tournament. The crosstable came up
fine on the monitor. But when I used tools/table->clipboard, CRASH!.

I re-installed the old gui, and I was able to copy the crosstable.

I don't know if this is the same problem originally reported with the new gui,
but it may be or it may be part of it. In any case the new gui still has
problems. I tested with and without the new uci.dll.
