Any >advice would be helpful. you probably have some dead reed switches in the board if only some squares are dead then its the reed switchs if an entire rank or file is dead,then it probably is a contact that can be cleaned.. i myself rarely try to repair a computer, especially one as wonderful as the Prestige i just have no confidence i will do it correctly and i am petrified i will make matters even worse about two weeks ago i posted a meggage here about Robin Smith,a CCC member who was able to repair several chess computers for me he is highly reliable.. here is his email address should you need him.. robos11@comcast.net Best Steve
