AFAIK not (I don't have it by hand here but for Fritz516 doesn't support and I
haven't heard different I guess Fritz532 does not). It is one of very few
programs that can't handle EPD-Files.
But you can use a workaround: Use EPD2DIAG which is free and export the EPD to
PGN. Then you can analyse the PGN database which contains the EPD positions in
Fritz.

BTW the WChess2000 engine has a bug analyzing databases (EPD, PGN etc.) and
crashes after 2-4 positions analyzed...Zarkov5 e.g. works...
