You are a moderator, you cannot make that statement

If you think this account is cheating then you should tell ICC of your beliefs,
not say this account name in public and say that he is a cheater.

I think this is a liable statement and this post should be removed, you have no
right calling a person a cheater without absolute proof, you have no right to
call this person a cheat on here.

Take about a legal problem, get rid of these posts. Assume their a cheater but
do not name, names.
