Sir Clive,

its very true!
i certainly can be waxed pretty good by anything rated over 2000

excellent and imaginitve and exciting as you have said
works for me and you have my vote!

lets face it Clive the last real program for a dedicated unit to be released was
the Senator/Magellan modules in 1998!

this new offering will have some novel ideas aside from just the strength(which
as you have pointed out ,is far above what most of us need for a good game)

the program will be updateable through your pc via the internet and it will
contain more then one chess program.

so little has come down the raod for the dedicated market that at this point
most of us are hungry for anything new
i know thats how i feel anyway

Best
Steve
