Andrei,

Perhaps not so many games.  It seems to me that you would not want to check
*all* games, even for the tail-enders.  You would only want to check the games
of people who did suspiciously well, like the unknown player who suddenly plays
like a GM.  Also, you would need to check where someone cried "foul!"
