you can be linked by the handle, if it that is not the case, I can then say all
the GM players on there use computers to play chess.

He had no right to make a statement, you can make that statement because you are
not naming anyone, and ICC who could be hurt by this statement have made it
themselves that they know there are cheaters, so thus you can make your
staement, as long as you do not make assumptions and name them.

For instance just say a GM was that account name, the opening would be accurate
and you are calling a GM a cheat. potential loss of earning from this remark
which could cost him sponsors could be huge, and snce ICD control this, well
then hey let them pay for it. Since two of the moderators think that it is fine
this statement
