Arena have too many options I believe :-) Yesterday I am working on www.playwitharena.com and added an easy support form on the page for non members from our additional webpage. The messages I get I will send to Martin or answer of it by myself if I have the support information or can solved the problem by myself. This is our older password form from Arena support forum and this is good enough for the moment. So long our new webpage isn't ready we used the older page for downloads (User file selection). With other words you can send if to me by mail (or you can used our support form). Thanks ... Best Frank PS: Unfortunately, an open support forum is more interesting for us but after all knowledge we have with such a forum in two years not longer possible (to many work with non Arena topics and trouble makers).
