Subject: Please add a .rar compressed file

Please add a .rar option for download.  A .rar file should be about 15 MB max
based on my previous compression of Wael's books.  That is a 30-40 minute
difference for my download over 56k dial-up.  It also saves you site bandwidth.

Thanks Wael for your terrific book.
