All what we have is compatible in amateur chess area! We can play yourself the the possibilitys! Yes, we play not with GUI and Engine, we play with our possibilitys. The users are the captains and the engines / GUIs are the crew, the worker, our worker :-) Never the engine or GUIs must be the captain or the user do what the computer await from the human. Perhaps in the year 3000 interesting but not at the moment. We can solved the problem as humen very easy! We make the software compatible and no software will be the captain about a human. In my bad English ... Hard to understand for a lot of users :-) More harder to understand for different companys :-) Just my opinion! And I am sure that Arena will go the right way! Best Frank
