I will give you a shorter answer then Michel ;-)

Yes all components are good one, but like Michel said make sure you get an
Athlon 64 3500+ with Winchester-core. I wouldn't bother with harddisk and
graphic cards, they are all okay unless you have special needs (3D-Ultrashooter,
or SQL-Databases). For TBs all HDs are fine.

You should be able to build a system for not more than 1000$ with these
components.
