You can used the support form on the older webpage or my mail or you can add it in our Arena Support Forum on the new webpage. Thanks for your efforts! But let me say the following: After 30.000 games here I saw perhaps 20 games "loosed on time" without to see the reason. Of course I try not all of the 250 available engines but around 70. So I speak from 0,06% because the other mistakes I saw are mistakes from the engine programmers and this mistakes are solved by the engine programmers. But let me look in your bug report to say more. This would be help to solved a problem and if you saw a problem, after all the knowledge you have, I am sure we have a bug. Thanks and good night! Time for my bed! Best Frank
