Naming persons on CCC who we believe are cheats is just something we should all
avoid, let's be honest we all have suspicions about certain persons, I have been
following one around for over a year trying to gather enough information and
proof to be able to submit it. I would never regardless name that person in an
open forum since currently it is still only my opinion that he is a cheat.
