Thanks for posting all of these Graham! I've recently started setting up a
few of these in separate folders, and ran a few trial games but I still need
to check everything's ok. I've noticed in a few published settings delay times
of 4 sec. For a fast (eg over 2 GHz) computer, would it be safe to delete this?
I'd also like to confirm the default values of the following, are they
avd=0, cfd=0, sop=100, rnd=0, md=99, mp=0 ?

If so then I'll make a default with all of them and then change only what
appears above.
