Usually nothing happens, perhaps one or two posts of people asking for software and those are swiftly deleted. That is no problem. The last few days are different. It takes me several hours a day to clean up the board and when I'm away it fills up again. No way I can manage that while I am at work. So, basically we do have almost 24 h coverage, I'm starting at 8am GMT, normally ending something like 11pm GMT (sometimes like last night well after 1 am). I'm sure the remaining hours are covered by Mike and Russell (covering parts of my 'shift' of course as well). Deleting posts is not the answer though. The source of the trouble has to be stopped. If it doesn't stop after a few warnings, we'll have to stop it for them. Unfortunately that usually takes some time to have an effect. Richard.
