I have been playing this opening on FICS alot and have been getting some easy wins with white. It is a great opening to prepare for a tourney game. :) There are so many ways black can go wrong. 1.e4 e5 2.Bc4 Nf6 3.Nf3 Nxe4 4.Nc3 Nxc3 5.dxc3 rnbqkb1r/pppp1ppp/8/4p3/2B5/2P2N2/PPP2PPP/R1BQK2R b KQkq - 0 5 Black to move. Does your engine like f6? The books for Shredder 8 and Wael Deeb's Wizard v4 for arena have f6 as the mainline. Shredder's book even has c6 noted bad (c6?) in the opening book. Why do Shredder 8 and my CM9_Slayer prefer c6 by a large margin? And is either move really superior.
