Subject: Is 300W power supply enough for AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 939 nm90?

Before I buy one mid tower chassis for AMD Athlon 64, I need to know whether
300W is enough for playing or analyzing chess games overnight. Doesn't it?
Should it have more than 300W? If yes, how many watts is necessary, please?
