If it a cheap generic power supply - no. If it is a name brand supply like an Antec, Enermax, Tagan etc then probably yes. If you're only running a low-end video card, one hard drive and one or two CDROM/DVD devices then you should be OK. But personally I'd go for a 350w or more for the small price difference and room for future upgrades.
