1997 commercial engines (like hiarcs 6, fritz 4) played at the level of
International master on p 133-200 MHz with long time control. let's say the
difference between GM and IM is 100 elo points. the top engines today are
probably 200 elo stronger than the ones in 1997. So, pentium 133 mhz and a top
engine today should be stronger than a regular GM in a match
