I read that the winboard forum decided to ban all members of the arena team see http://wbforum.volker-pittlik.name/viewtopic.php?t=1115 I am not a member of the arena team but as far as I know being a member in the arena team is not illegal and I cannot support banning people because of that. Volker Pittlik did not say only that posting links to the arena website is forbidden but also that all members of the arena team are banned(unless he get written apology from the webmaster of the arena website). "2. I expect a written apology from the webmaster of the Arena website. 3. Until then all members of the Arena team are banned here." I do not understand why posting links to the arena website is forbidden but I could continue to post there inspite of that decision but banning people only because they are member of the arena team is not acceptable by me. It seems that Volker overreacted to a letter from his internet provider and I do not post in the winboard forum until he does not correct it. I am against rules that forbid links to the arena forum but I can accept them but I cannot accept banning people only because they are members of the arena team(not because of their posts in the winboard forum) when being a member of the arena team is not something illegal.
