Trying to avoid being kicked out of his own ISP, "Until the details have been clarified"; meaning temporary. 4) Members from Arena team being banned seems reasonable; and it seems to apply until they apologize to him. Here is something to think about: He is not going to allow people to post in the forum, on which he spends his time,energy and money to run; who is trying to get gim banned by his ISP, just for visting their webpage. If you ask me, I probably would have done the same thing. 5) What business does "Arena" have in "Winboard" forum? Winboard forum is not a general forum like "Computer Chess Club", it's a specific forum for winboard and things that are related to it. 6) Discussion of Arena doesn't seem to be banned, but mention of that webpage for Volker's own safety, is banned. He mentioned, "To avoid further trouble I made the following decisions." 7) I think you are overreacting. pavs
