Why do you talk about Fritz8 when it seems from the content of your post that you are talking not about the engine but about playing in the chessbase site? I play also in the chessbase site so I know what is always promote to queen(it is an option of players to save time in blitz games by not choosing a piece when they promote) but other people may not even understand what you mean.
