I played 60 games with ponder at game in 30'against various opponents on my laptop at 850 mghrtz. The rating I got was 2421 which was very close to their published number. My PDC was Palm Zire 21 which is the same processor as your Palm 31. I payed $79 for mine. Pretty impressive price performance. I've also played it about 50 games against my Cosmos and can only recall 2-3 losses.
