Yes, it would seem impossible to buy the site from volker; unless ofcourse you
see mr "cookies" putting a gun on Volker's head to persuade him into selling the
site as a possibility. Even than, I think it would be preety impossible.

The problem is that you are trying to take mr "cookies" qoute literally.
I don't understand why you think this, "I will return and on that day this place
will die." means this, "I will return when Volker will be replaced."

When it could mean so many other more reasonable things, for instance, "I will
return to cause more trouble."

There is no connection; and you are assuming that someone said there is, when no
one did.
