Yes but you wrote

"When it plays against a human, it expects no "go" commands."

I did not understand it.

Movei has no special human mode.
It always starts to play because of go in a new game when it is white and when
it is black it does not need a "go" to play but a move of the opponent.

I usually test it under winboard but as far as I know it plays games under arena
with no problems.
