> A little off subject but these fun levels,for me, do not > have the same natural feel type of play as the weaker > levels have in the software ChessMaster 9K. > > For the lower level player go for ChessMaster 9K You may want to try ChessMaster 10th Edition, aside from the weak level play quality (And the weakest player ever), it got anymated pieces, so if you want it to teach chess in a fun way, the children can enjoy playing with the mouse and monitor instead of moving real pieces (Since real pieces can't get anymated). When he/she becomes better, he/she may even log in to a server and fight real persons! That's my idea, I don't know if fun levels have another use. Merry New Year :)
