Hi David, I was in a similar situation about a month ago - trying to get a new key for Tiger after upgrading my Palm. Though it wasn't as quick as I might have liked, I did hear back from Chess Tiger support after somewhere between 10-14 days (I forget exactly) with my new key. Probably with the holidays Christophe is again taking a short break. I would suggest sending a second email if you don't get your key within a week, but if my experience is typical, you should eventually receive a response. Good luck...
