I think it doesn't matter how much you'd pay to GM Boris, if you don't let him
prepare for the match, you challenge him one day before the Shredder 9 release,
and the Shredder 9 has a rating of 2900 with an anti-GM Book, IMHO Boris has
VERY little chance of winning.

(I still want to know Vincent's opinion, but remember: If you tell GM Boris that
you pay him US$1'000'000 if he wins, the mental pressure is so high he will lose
easier).
