All pentium ll processors 350 and above come with 4.5 nanosec cache while the same is true for only some(80%)or so of the P ll 300 and 333 chips.The overclockability of the P ll 300 and 333 from reports on the www have been more than 80%.I am no expert on these things. This has however been verified by hardware experts on the web and I can point you to their web sites if you want to know more.All I can say is that besides me 2 of my friends have also managed to overclock their systems (one with a Pentium 300 to 504 Mhz and one with a celeron 300A to 450 mhz)and both the above have been running stable for more than 2 months playing round the clock games.
