Note only that I think that I am relatively better at long time control but
if I need to choose between blitz with no increasment and blitz with
increasement then I prefer blitz with no increasement because at least
I can get advantage against opponents that do not use the premove and beat them
in a lost position.

There are cases when I simply avoid repetition in totally lost position because
I know that i am simply going to win on time.

There are also many non chess tricks that can be done in game with no
increasment thanks to the premove(my opinion that this possibility is a good
reason to forbid the premove in chess servers)

For example when both sides have few seconds to finish the game a player play a
stupid sacrifice because he knows that the opponent will have no prepared reply
against it and if he plays more logical move the opponent will have prepared
reply and will probably win on time.
