You can do it when you prepare your moves before the opponent move but when you have 3 seconds to finish the game and the opponent surpise you with a check that makes your prepared move illegal and after you respond he alreadt expected your response and does another move you are in a problem. The opponent play all his moves in 0 seconds and you cannot do the same because you get immediatly reply of the opponent when you reply so you have no time to prepare your move. Uri
